Description
The Private Party Lenders file is a listing of private individuals who have made a loan which is secured by real property. The transactions are recorded on trust deeds (security deeds) in the County Courthouse. These individuals may have significant amounts of money to invest or use for large purchases or may be looking for someone to buy or service the loan. You can select by loan amount, loan date, lender type, lender location and property location. Telephone #s are also available for a portion of the file. All our telephone #s are scrubbed against federal Do Not Call lists. A federal SAN is required for any list with telephone #s in accordance with FTC regulations.
